90-Day Limited Warranty

We offer a 90-Day Limited Warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

This warranty is intended to address clear manufacturing faults only and is not a general satisfaction guarantee.

Coverage Scope

This limited warranty applies solely to:

  • Manufacturing defects that materially affect the product’s intended function
  • Structural or material failures present at the time of delivery and discovered during normal, indoor residential use

Coverage is limited to the original condition of the product as delivered.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover, without limitation:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic variations, surface irregularities, or natural material characteristics
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, cleaning methods, or maintenance
  • Exposure to moisture, humidity, heat, direct sunlight, or environmental conditions beyond normal indoor residential use
  • Commercial, rental, hospitality, or outdoor use unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Items marked Final Sale

Warranty Period

This warranty begins on the date of delivery and expires 90 days thereafter.

Claims submitted outside this period are not eligible for review.

Claim Submission Requirements

All warranty claims must be submitted through our returns portal. Please select "Warranty Claim" from the list of available return reasons.

To be considered, claims must include:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photographic or video documentation of the alleged defect
  • A brief written description of the issue

Incomplete submissions may be denied or delayed.

Remedies

If a claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate remedy at our sole discretion, which may include:

  • Replacement of the defective component
  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit or refund

Remedies are limited to the original purchase value and do not include labor, installation, or incidental costs.

Limitations

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Replacement items do not reset or extend the original warranty period.
  • We reserve the right to request the return of the item or component as part of the evaluation process.
