Split Shipments

To ensure timely delivery and efficient routing, items within the same order may ship separately.

Split shipments may occur when items are fulfilled from different locations, products require different handling or packaging, or one item becomes available before another.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails. Each package may have a separate tracking number, and packages may arrive on different dates. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Delivery Addresses and PO Boxes

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

We can ship to PO Boxes where supported by the carrier. Sevonna is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional handling resulting from address restrictions, PO Box limitations, or incorrect address details.

Customs, Duties, and Government Fees

In rare cases, shipments may be subject to additional customs processing or government-imposed fees assessed by local authorities.

When applicable, such charges are handled directly by the carrier or government agency and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Delays

Lost, Stalled, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost, undeliverable, or materially delayed following carrier investigation, Sevonna will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our fulfillment and claims procedures, ensuring the issue is addressed appropriately.

Resolutions may include reshipment or refund at Sevonna’s discretion.

High-Value Orders and Signature Confirmation

For select high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required to ensure secure delivery. If applicable, this requirement will be communicated once the order ships.
