1. Initiating a Return:
All returns must be initiated through our dedicated returns portal. You'll find a link at the top of this policy and in your order confirmation email. This ensures that every return is properly tracked and processed. Every return request is reviewed within 1-2 business days of submission.
2. Return Window:
We accept returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. Please make sure to start your return within this timeframe. Returns initiated outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. If an item arrives defective or materially different from its description, it may be returned with opened packaging; however, supporting photos of the item are required and must be submitted through the returns portal as part of the return request.
4. Exclusions and Final Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are clearly indicated on their product pages.
5. Exchanges:
We do offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or completely different products. If the new item costs more than your original order, you’ll pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method. Our returns portal will guide you through the process.
6. Refund Process:
Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. You will be asked to select your preferred refund method during the return process. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
7. Return Shipping and Change of Mind:
For returns due to a change of mind, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide a return label, and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs.
8. Lost Returns:
If you use our prepaid shipping label and the package is lost in transit, we will ensure you receive your refund or exchange as long as you can provide proof of shipment. If you use your own shipping method, any loss will be your responsibility.
