Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be initiated within 30 days of delivery through our returns portal.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Items received defective or materially different from their description may be returned with opened packaging, subject to review. Supporting photos are required and must be submitted with the return request.

Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by Sevonna.

Exchanges are available. If the replacement item costs more, the price difference will be charged. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.

This item includes a 90-Day Limited Warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic variations, improper use, or damage resulting from misuse or environmental exposure beyond normal indoor conditions.

Warranty claims must be submitted through our returns portal and require supporting documentation, including photos. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
